Keine bebilderte Biografie, keine \"Stationen einer Karriere\", sondern Porträt, Vergegenwärtigung: Gegenwart eines außerordentlichen Menschen, dessen Leistungen in seiner Arbeit als Musiker und Lehrer nicht den Ausgangspunkt bilden, sondern die Folge: Als natürliche Konsequenz eines stimmigen Lebensentwurfs, die auf Liebe zur Musik und Treue zu sich selbst gründet.Mit Gesprächen und Beobachtungen nähert sich dieser Film seinem Protagonisten.
